Thank you for your interest in a SimpleUpdates.com beta test program. As the president of SimpleUpdates.com, Inc. I  really appreciate your interest in making our products the best they can be. User testing and feedback is what will set this product apart and make it a useful tool for you and others.

Benefits:

  • You will get to test out and influence the latest code development at SimpleUpdates.

  • Once you are a part of our Beta Test Program, you will get priority, no cost support to work through any issues or suggestions you may have. We do not bill for phone support for any issue related to the Beta Test Program.

Qualifications:

  • If your site is dependent on the module being worked on, and this module is mission critical to your organization, then you should not participate in the beta test program.

  • Beta software works, but may not have all of the rough edges worked out. The end product WILL be different and improved over what you will initially see as a beta tester.

  • All of the people who administer the site should agree agreed to be a part of the Beta Test Program.

  • We will want you to fully exercise the module being tested. We would like you to try to break it, and fully test each feature. Each bug we can fix in the Beta Test Program adds up to fixing thousands of website bugs once we launch the product.

  • Beta Test sites will communicate clearly and frequently to fix any bugs found.

Bugs:

  • SimpleUpdates will promptly work on any known bug. Our goal is to have bugs resolved in 24 hrs. This means Beta Testers could see a bug in the module for up to 48 hours, or in rare cases longer. Since we do not work on the weekends, this could be extended if we learn of a bug on Friday, for example.

  • Development of any new feature will cease, till all known bugs are resolved.

  • All Beta Test Program websites will be updated with the newest and most current code each 24 hrs.

  • There may be a delay for your site getting normal maintenance code updates while you are in the Beta Test Program.
